Tabarca island is presented as a magic enviroment with very hard conditions which are going to define the proposal. Preexisting constructions, the sea or the limits are the basic elements that are going to define the project.
Why an island is an island? What makes it different from other places?
The views and the sea enviroment are identified as the unique elements, and this is the main reason why the hotel is placed in the border between land and water. Thanks to this decision users can enjoy the sea directly, and they can have a clear skyline view from the public square, as the building is in a lower level.
